Product Format: Jazz Ensemble Technical Notes: This set of parts uses a unique instrumentation approach. In addition to the rhythm section parts (piano, guitar, bass, drums), this set includes four melody instrument parts, divided among the saxes, trumpets, and trombones. The recommended instrumentation is to have part 1 played by a trumpet, part 2 played by an alto saxophone, part 3 played by a tenor saxophone and part 4 played by a trombone.
