The Saints' Hallelujah
The lively combination of "When The Saints Go Marching In" and "The Hallelujah Chorus" has been a popular Canadian Brass concert selection for years. This imaginative concert band arrangement of "The Saints' Hallelujah" features a trumpet soli section and solid band scoring throughout.
Technical Notes: Considered by many to be one of the world's greatest ensembles, the Canadian Brass has taken the medium of brass quintet from relative obscurity to worldwide acclaim. With their unique blend of virtuosity, spontaneity and wit, the Canadian Brass plays to sold-out houses all over the world. The dazzling performances, combined with eclectic programming, have enabled the group to bring classical music to vast new audiences, while providing the best possible musical entertainment.
The 1st percussion part is written for a drum set. The 2nd percussion part is written for crash cymbals and tambourine. The bells/xylophone part is labeled "mallets" on the score.
