Here is a concert march reminiscent of the traditional circus marches of the past, complete with the exciting sounds of the ringmaster's whistle. For anyone, young or old, who has ever attended a circus performance, this piece will have a special significance. Although traditional circus marches were noted for their technical difficulties, "Under The Big Top" presents no such demands. Estimated Performance Time: 1:50 Technical Notes: The E Flat alto saxophone part is also appropriate for use with alto clarinet and alto horn. The trombone part can be used for baritone B.C. and bassoon. The baritone T.C. part can also be used for tenor saxophone and bass clarinet.
