This excellent concert march was commissioned by the Royal Fanfare Band "Tenierskring", on the occasion of its 100th anniversary (1901-2001). The subtitle refers to the artist David Teniers (1610-1690), whose motto was "Sine Labore Nihil" (without work nothing is achieved). This thought must have been at the back of Andre Waignein's mind while he composed "Euro Celebration".

Technical Notes: The bass part is labeled "Bass/Double Bass". The keyboard percussion part is labeled "Mallet Percussion" and is for bells. The 1st percussion part is for snare drum and bass drum. The 2nd percussion part is for cymbals.
